Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Schedule

Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule (six‑month commitment). Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next; option to scale back as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual activity or conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, logs, and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and security‑related observations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required per Allied Universal driver policy).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation (federal, state, local laws).
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
