As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Security Patrol in Lebanon, TN, the role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements mandated by state and/or local laws.
• Hold a valid driver’s license if the position requires driving.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.

Schedule

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

How This Role Works: Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”) – you are hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule, requiring a six‑month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program – in addition to your fixed shift you may pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next; you can scale back when needed, with the opportunity to build up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week.
