$14.90 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front-desk experience at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification and/or appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and departure records in accordance with site policies.
• Answer and direct phone calls, receive deliveries, coordinate with site contacts, and communicate visitor or contractor arrivals to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
