Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, and perimeter routes, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership during alarms, evacuations, or other site events.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
