How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenities areas, parking locations, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe guest and visitor activity, and/or support hotel operations with security-related presence.
• Assist with incident response, lost and found concerns, disturbances, and/or policy-related issues while maintaining professional communication with guests, employees, and local responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
