The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: - Overview/About the role (the first paragraph about Allied Universal) - Job Description (the "How This Role Works" section) - Responsibilities (listed) - Minimum Requirements (listed) - Why Join Us (benefits/perks) - Pay Rate and Schedule are mentioned specifically - There's also licensing info and closing boilerplate Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading (page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions - Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Output ONLY HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me structure: 1. About the role (overview paragraph) 2. How This Role Works (could be "About the role" or separate section? The posting has "How This Role Works" as a subheading. I'll use "About the role" for the overview and maybe "Role Details" for the how it works? But rules say use specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "How This Role Works" describes the schedule and pay structure. Could be part of "About the role" or separate. I'll include as part of "About the role" or maybe "Schedule" section? Actually, the schedule is given: "Job Schedule DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM". That's a specific schedule. Also pay rate given. So I should have Pay and Schedule sections. Let's list sections with real content: - About the role: The overview paragraph and the "How This Role Works" description. - Pay: Pay Rate: $17.41 / Hour - Schedule: Job Schedule DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, plus details about fixed-shift commitment and claim-a-shift. - Responsibilities: list of 5 bullet points. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements list (7 items). Could be "Requirements" heading. - Benefits: Why Join Us includes Benefits and Employee Perks. That's substantive. - Licensing note: "Licensed by the New York State Department of State" - maybe a short paragraph. But rules: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state them explicitly. So include. Also, "Qualifications" and "Skills" are suggested headings but only if content exists. The requirements include preferred qualifications (access control, guard card, CPR/First Aid). Could be "Qualifications" or "Requirements". I'll use "Requirements" for the minimum requirements list. The "Why Join Us" includes Flexible Scheduling, Career Growth, Smart Tools, Benefits, Employee Perks. That's benefits and perks. I'll create a "Benefits" section. Now, the closing boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation info, website, requisition ID. Remove EEO boilerplate, application instructions, requisition ID (fold into short

or drop). The requisition ID is "Requisition ID 2026-1716803". I'll drop it or put in a short

at end? Rules: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." I'll drop it. Also "Licensed by the New York State Department of State" is a licensing note, keep as a paragraph. Now, structure HTML:

    How This Role Works

? But rules say use specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "How This Role Works" is not in that list. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Schedule". The schedule details are there. I'll incorporate into "About the role" or create a "Schedule" section that includes the fixed-shift commitment and claim-a-shift. The schedule heading is for schedule details. The posting has "Job Schedule DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM" and then "How This Role Works" describes the anchor shifts and claim-a-shift. That's schedule-related. So I'll put under "Schedule". But the rules: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So I should use those exact headings. "How This Role Works" is not listed, but it's a subheading in the posting. I can either incorporate into "About the role" or "Schedule". I think "Schedule" is appropriate for the shift details. However, the "How This Role Works" also describes the role structure (fixed-shift commitment, claim-a-shift). That's more about the role nature. Could be "About the role". I'll include it in "About the role" as a subsection? But we can't have subheadings other than h3. I'll just include the text under "About the role" as paragraphs. Better: Use "About the role" for the overview and the "How This Role Works" description. Then "Pay" for pay rate. "Schedule" for the specific schedule and the anchor shifts/claim-a-shift details. But the schedule heading might be redundant if we already have the schedule details in "About the role". However, the posting explicitly gives "Job Schedule DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM". That's a specific schedule. I'll create a "Schedule" section with that and the description of fixed-shift and claim-a-shift. Let's do:
