Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving locations, and the surrounding perimeter.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and other security-related concerns to appropriate store contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Help to deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible presence, professional communication, and accurate documentation of incidents.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
