Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Customer Assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology and media campus by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare accurate reports.
• Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming environment while observing and reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age
