$24.75 / Hour

Schedule

Fixed anchor shifts: Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM (six‑month commitment). Through the Claim‑A‑Shift program you can pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites, allowing you to scale from part‑time to up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining controlled entry to restricted areas.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements per state/local laws (may be required prior to employment).
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
