Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and escalating information through the proper chain of communication.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or potential threats, while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines.
• Support cash handling and other high-value operational areas through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting of suspicious activity and/or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
