Mon: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, shipments, and/or vehicles in accordance with established procedures and post orders.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and documentation, and report unauthorized activity or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events accurately.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of shipping areas, loading zones, facilities, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
