Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
