Job Schedule

  • Day: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification as needed, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual activity or concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
