As a Security Officer Enhanced Part‑Time Front Desk in Milwaukee, WI, you will have reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the ability to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Daytime – Saturday, 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM (fixed “anchor” shift with a six‑month commitment; additional shifts may be picked up).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location from the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor records.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries while providing clear directions and assistance in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Report security‑related concerns, unusual activity, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, depending on state and/or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
