Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Document and report observed conditions, incidents, and/or unusual activity according to site-specific protocols.
• Communicate with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or post activities.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
