Pay Rate

$14.90 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and/or employees at the front desk by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or sign-in activity, issuing credentials as directed, and documenting arrivals and departures.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, assist with front desk inquiries, and complete logs, reports, and other assigned documentation related to daily security-related activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by maintaining an attentive presence at the front desk and reporting unusual activity according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
