Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity in accordance with location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions that may require follow-up.
• Assist with vehicle and pedestrian access at gates and/or entry posts, provide directions and information, and report unusual or suspicious activity through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
