This role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Schedule: Daytime, Wednesday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

How This Role Works

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next—it's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, contractor, delivery, and service-provider information in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community common areas, entry points, amenities, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support compliance with posted property rules.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required access logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
