As a Security Officer Patrol Access Monitor in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe building activity to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
- Support property operations by communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and onsite personnel regarding building rules, access procedures, and/or incident-related updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
