Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare facility personnel, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for assistance, alarms, access issues, and other security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, alarm notifications, and facility activity; maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating notifications to designated site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter when assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
