Security Officer Driving Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Miami, FL. You will serve and safeguard clients in retail and mall locations, conducting patrols and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain access points and high-traffic areas, observing customer and visitor activity.
• Communicate with management and local responders regarding security-related concerns.
• Support retail and mall operations by assisting with crowd management and incident documentation.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
