Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Authorization in Circleville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position also offers opportunities to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Monitor access points; verify credentials, visitor authorizations, deliveries, and contractor entry requirements; and maintain accurate access-control records.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency personnel while supporting site entry, exit, and restricted-area requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
