As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Detail in Winston-Salem, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier resort location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to guests and staff. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, guest-facing areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, and report observations according to post instructions.
- Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with directions, wayfinding, and incident response while maintaining a professional presence in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
