About the role

As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Afternoons in Wisconsin Dells, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support guests, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service. You will respond to security-related concerns, document activities, and communicate clearly while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing guests and visitors in accordance with site procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

Position Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Schedule: Monday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Wednesday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
