Security Officer - Driver Entry Services

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as a driving access control professional, helping manage site entry and visitor interactions while supporting a secure, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues, unusual activity, and/or policy concerns to help support daily operations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
