About the role
As a Security Officer Driver Entry Management in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will manage visitor and employee entry, issue and verify badges, monitor access points, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at an industrial construction location.
- Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges or access devices, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized entry.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control concerns accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
