As a Security Officer Driver Badge Control Patrol in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, storage, shipping, and exterior areas of the location to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report observed maintenance, sanitation, and/or operational issues that could impact daily site operations.
- Support a professional presence at a food and beverage location by observing surroundings, assisting with directions and questions, and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
