About the role

Pacific Security is seeking Full-Time Security Officers with good situational awareness, observation skills, and excellent communication and decision-making abilities. The role involves investigating sites, creating incident reports, and driving defensively.

Responsibilities

Patrol sites and create incident reports
Investigate and report incidents
Safeguard client sites
Interact with the public
Deescalate confrontational situations
Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Valid WA state driver’s license
Good driving record
Pass drug screening (including marijuana)
Pass Department of Licensing background check

Qualifications

Experience in security or related field preferred but not required. Must be 23 years of age or older and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
