Security Officer Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies at a utilities location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor access permissions, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate front desk logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and observe entry areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support orderly daily operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
