In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, manage access-related information, and help respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, answering calls, and supporting security-related dispatch operations in a professional manner.
• Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and/or electronic communications systems, and coordinate the timely relay of information to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and maintaining accurate dispatch logs, reports, and status updates.
• Support security-related operations at a utility location by tracking personnel activity, prioritizing incoming requests, and helping to coordinate response activities according to post orders and established protocols.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.59 / Hour

Job Schedule: Saturday 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sunday 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
