What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related dispatch operations.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, phones, and other communication systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Cook up regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
