What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer and associate activity, report suspicious behavior, and/or assist with access control, crowd management, and store closing procedures as directed by site policies.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing merchandise areas, reporting policy violations, and/or assisting with incident response related to theft, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
