Security Officer CPR Patrol Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report issues.
• Monitor entry points, badge activity, and/or visitor processing to help support authorized access and communicate relevant information to site contacts.
• Assist with emergency response activities, evacuation support, and/or building notifications as appropriate for the location and post assignment.

Requirements

• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
