About the role

Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Healthcare, you will be part of a team contributing to positive community impact. This role involves providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and assisting with hazard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain orderliness at access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, supporting daily operations and after-hours activity.
• Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, following post orders and location-specific procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

$22.00 per hour.

Schedule

DayTime: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM.
