As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and emergency responders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access concerns or suspicious behavior to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$22.53 – $23.53 per hour

Full-time, Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
