As a Security Officer - Corporate Bank Mobile Patrol in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site protocols, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Support a professional environment by following post orders, reporting maintenance and/or life emergency concerns, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine observation.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
