What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor visitor, driver, and vendor access at the front desk, verify credentials and/or appointments, and direct individuals according to site policies.
• Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and support communication between staff, guests, and/or delivery personnel in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations with a problem-solving approach, and report details according to established security-related procedures.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and/or incident documentation to support daily operations and security-related awareness at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
