Security Officer Clinical Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Clinical Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify concerns and report security-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and exterior spaces to help support access control practices and observe for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities while communicating relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have 2 or more years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
