Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support personnel with strong customer service and communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and help to verify that only authorized persons enter designated areas, following site protocols for visitor processing and credential checks.
- Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, or suspicious behavior to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
