Security Officer Building Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Building Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate clearly with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
