About the role

As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol Coverage in ORLANDO, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding security-related matters.

Requirements

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Guard card and/or license.
