As a Security Officer Bike Patrol Unit in CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an educational location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, assisting with visitor directions, policy awareness, and/or follow-up on suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Support campus operations during routine activities and special events by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with staff, students, and/or local responders as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
