Security Officer Bike Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential streets, common areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the residential community, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations according to site‑specific procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and noteworthy observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required per Allied Universal driver policy).
• At least two years of security‑related experience.
• Ability to ride a bicycle.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation (per federal, state, local law).
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local regulations.

• Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
