- Day: Thur 07:30 AM - 06:30 PM
Fri 07:00 AM - 06:30 PM
Sat 08:30 AM - 01:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document relevant details for follow-up.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify and report suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to control access, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons and/or prohibited activity.
- Support closing and opening routines, alarm-related responses, and other site-specific duties while maintaining professional communication with branch personnel, customers, and/or local responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
