How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, assigned areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and other assigned spaces to help support authorized access practices and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Support daily operations by completing routine reports, observing customer traffic patterns, and providing visible unarmed presence intended to help to deter unwanted activity.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Preference given to candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- CPR certification
