Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures, and report unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
