As a Security Officer Badge Desk Driver in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, gates, badges, credentials, and/or visitor logs to help support authorized access to the location and report irregular activity through proper channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, restricted areas, and the perimeter of the utility location to help identify security-related concerns, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance issues.
• Operate access control and related monitoring systems, maintain required reports, and follow Allied Universal policies for post orders, incident documentation, and shift handoff communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
