Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities at a technology and media location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-related spaces, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or credential checks in accordance with site policies to help support orderly access and professional site operations.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior observed during assigned duties.

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Security-related experience.
• Driver’s license.
