As a Security Officer Badge Check Specialist in Earth City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including loading, shipping, receiving, and perimeter areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support daily logistics and distribution operations by managing traffic flow at access points, communicating with site personnel, and following post orders related to deliveries, trailers, and/or vendor access.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
