Responsibilities
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises when necessary.
- Assist sick or injured guests and team members, provides first aid, including CPR when necessary, request EMS as needed.
- Assist Games and Slots department in removing drop boxes.
- Perform fills, credits, exchanges and marker transfers when assigned, and following the required procedures.
- Report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Assist guests and team members on directions and proper procedures.
- Check identification to ensure guests are over the age of 21.
- Drive company vehicles to transport individuals to specified locations or to patrol company property.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of team members, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Write incident reports of daily activities and irregularities such as accidents, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Obtain witness statements when necessary.
- Circulate among visitors, guests, and team members to preserve order and protect property.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
